You have submitted your sitemap to google search console. You made a post in website but it is not indexed. How to know whether it has been indexed or not.
Go to Google search console.
Click on start now, it will redirect you to your account. Then at the top in the search bar just write your post url.
Now after searching your newly added page or post. You will reach here.
Then click on Request Indexing. Now your request for indexing your page has been sent to google search console. And the message that will be displayed is.
Now the question arises why I have to submit my post url to google search console for indexing. Though I have submitted by sitemap.xml to google. As Google. The answer is google search console periodically checks the sitemap file and make updation. So, if it might skip or delayed. We have to add manually.
